Leads can be very tough to get and most generally buying them is worse than having none. I would presume you have exhausted all the ways your team offered and it's hard to give advice when one doesn't know if you are making cold calls, emailing, etc….

you could always create a website around the business, learn seo and get it listed in the search engines.

From my experience, free leads are teribble.

There is a place that does marketing and has very affordable and on target leads…

these leads actually want to talk to you.
